- 1 cup rajma / kidney beans
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- salt as per taste
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Soak kidney beans overnight or for 3-4 hours in water in a large mixing bowl.
Boil 1 cup of rajma with salt until it is soft in a presure cooker or instant pot. Discard water.
Now, add 1 cup water, salt, lemon juice along with 1 tbsp. oil to kidney beans in a high-speed blender.
Make a flavorful hummus by blending until you get a smooth consistency.
Serve with carrot,celery sticks, tortilla chips or pita bread.
