- 2-3 tbsp. oil
- 1 tbsp. cumin seeds
- 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste / chopped
- 2-3 potatoes medium
- 500 gm beans
- 2-3 tomatoes medium
- 1 tsp turmeric powder / curry powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin powder / coriander powder
- salt as per taste
Heat oil and add cumin seeds to the pan. Let it splutter. Add chopped garlic and ginger or a tbsp. ginger-garlic paste followed potatoes. Mix with a spatula.
Add some salt and let it cook until they soften.
Next, add chopped green beans to the kadai.
Add the spices along with salt. Mix well.
Serve green beans curry hot with basmati rice or roti.
